The gîtes fairy started in 2017 in South Charente in South West France. Me, Estelle (aka the fairy) has worked for almost 3 decades in the hospitality sector and holiday letting over the last few years. Based on past experience and dealing with owners as well as guests, I know that owning a holiday home can be great fun yet based on high (guest) expectations it can be challenging at times.
